• Everyone was so welcoming and the Shelly showed us around the studio so that we were comfortable navigating the area. The energy and smell of the studio always puts me at ease as soon as I walk in. The yoga class with kavitha was exactly what I didn't know I needed.

• The staff was warm and welcoming. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and seasoned in her approach to the class. There was variation throughout to add advanced movements or modify positions if you had injuries. It was an absolutely lovely time.

• Oksana is very thorough and keeps restorative relaxing but focused. I always leave in a peaceful more blissful state.
