• Super relaxing. Exactly what I needed. The aroma in the air was wonderful, the teacher was calm and peaceful. Everyone took extra care to make sure I had everything I needed before starting. I even got a wonderful eye pillow! It was a spectacular experience and I can't wait to go back. The only quiet of my day!

• The environment was clean and welcoming, the person who greeted me at the front desk was very kind and helpful, the instructor was very knowledgeable and had a very nice way of helping me feel comfortable since I hadn't done yoga in 6 years! I liked the progression of the class. I also have been avoiding any studios claiming to be hot yoga- I get hot enough and want to enjoy the class! The temperature in the class was fine for me- I just need to get re-acclimated to the practice.
