• First off, you have a lovely facility, a warm and welcoming staff, and offer a diverse set of classes. Secondly, I happened to book an intermediate vinyasa class led by Natalie Lenard. She is phenomenal. Her sequencing was intentional, unique, equally challenging and attainable. Her guidance was expert yet grounded. My only desire is that she move to Shreveport so I can attend her classes. ;)
