I have attended Pilates at Grace twice. My first visit was several months ago. I liked my first instructor, especially since he gave me a little leeway - I am up in age. My second attendance was with Melissa, who was a good, personable instructor. I particularly appreciate that we did not use the circle piece of equipment - not because I could not handle it - it is just boring. My second class was not boring and seemed to pass quickly. When I was ready to bow out, I asked how many more routines were up, was told just this last one, so I stuck it out. I recommended Grace Pilates to a co-worker who is also up in age. She lives on the Bestbank, so don't know if she will make it over on a weekend, but she was interested.

Staff is very professional, instructors are knowledgeable and give instructions in a manner that is easy to understand. One feels comfortable and is treated with respect. A very good experience.
