Goorus is the real deal. Teachers who know what they are doing, how to instruct while protecting students from injury and building from their own level. I don't want loud music and a scene. I want real yoga that makes me stronger and sends me floating out on a cloud. I'm thankful that Goorus is in the hood. It's the only place I go now. I've tried them all!
