The studio is so lovely and I'm having a good time in the "chair yoga" class.
Welcoming space and excellent teachers
Intense and challenging workouts - I love yoga with Al Tavera, dance with Hayley, and Pilates with Laurel and Emma. There is always a new and exciting class to try: now it is Erin Ward's dance class.
