• It was the best yoga class, I've taken this year! The energy in the room from everyone practicing and breathing was so nice! It is what I look for in a power yoga class. ❤️ I can't wait to make plans to attend another!

• Our instructor was amazing! His cues were individualized and extremely helpful. The energy in the class was amazing!! Also, I was greeted by the OWNER! And she even left me a sweet note and gave me peppers as I was leaving! I will be making monthly visits to this studio!
