• I haven't done yoga is 8 years. When I stepped into the studio I was greeted by Erin. She showed me around and she was also my instructor for that class. During my class, she mentioned we are able to go at our own pace or if we needed a break to go into child's pose. She is wonderful and looking forward to taking her class again!
