• The trainers and staff and facilities are excellent.

• Love the gym and the staff. I guess the only thing I'd say is given the increase in costs, it would be good if when the gym closes for religious observance (as it does for 10 days over Christmas which will equate to 7 group classes I usually attend that I can't) or classes are cancelled because of staff illness and inability to find a replacement, we are given a credit or those classes are added back to our account.
