• The Centre has a sincere community feel. The facilities are great. The exercise classes are very good and conducted by instructors who are professional and make the classes enjoyable whilst also providing different levels and options to allow for the varied levels of fitness and capability. The cafe which provides great coffee, salads and sweet treats is a fantastic area to relax in after exercising.
