• I gave a 10 because from the very start, Laura at reception saved the day. I rang to say I was in an uber & running late, and instead of me doing a frantic dash to check in, she said, “Don’t worry, I’ll click you in.” Brilliant! One less Olympic sprint for me. Coming back to the Aqua pool after my knee op (2–3 months away felt like forever), I wasn’t sure how it would go. But everyone was so helpful that it honestly felt like I’d never left. It really does make a difference when people listen and help out—thank you for making my comeback splash a good one!
