• Everyone that 'mans' the reception desk are always helpful -willing to help me navigate the iphone to book into classes, courteous, kind- willing to have a few moments to chitchat. The cafe staff & volunteers are just beautiful. They have lovely big smiles, polite & reallllly patient when i try and work out my money if i have enough or working out what to order as i have a few dietary requirements. I do love that the cafe has gift vouchers. Bless you all heaps. I gave it a 9 score, only because I feel the heater in the ladies swim changeroom does need to be replaced with a different heater. The one in use at this current time, had been left on and caused a small fire. The current heater shows that it has been burnt. My concern is 'when it is left on again and nobody has switched it off, it is then ' UNATTENDED and will cause another fire. Laura H
