• Hi there This email is intended as feedback for the amazing GoodLife Gym. Firstly I would like to thank the trainers for all of the dedication and hard work they put into their classes. They are so knowledgeable and compassionate.In addition to being wonderful trainers,all are very warm,friendly and a joy to be around. They have a very wise and loving way with everyone in their classes and are highly organised. What a gift you all are to the lucky people that come your way. The wonderful atmosphere in the gym and classes at GoodLife is a testament to the welcoming and friendly team of front of house staff and volunteers. There is always someone around from GoodLife ready to step in and help with any queries I have. The reception staff really set the tone for my sessions as they are all so efficient,kind and lovely. All of you at GoodLife are the glue that holds the place together and I am humbled and grateful for your generosity of spirit with the selfless time and dedication each of you give in so many ways. • Our whole family loves the GoodLife Centre. Between the pool, squads, play equipment, cafe and gym, there's something for each of us, and I find the staff both friendly and helpful as well. A great place to be.
