• The Reception area always greets us with a smile. All the trainors, Pool, Gym, Upstairs activities, Cafe Staff, and other workers & Volunteers are kind, patient and generous of their time to help me out on issues, for example with the phone; hello, a wave or quick chat, etc. I want to say that they are all valued, respected and appreciated.

• I have a yearly membership and have am able, for a $25 fee, to have my membership extended when I need to take leave for a period of not more than 3 months in any given year. My 20% discount in respect of The Headland Golf club is an added bonus when choosing to purchase a full year membership.

• Everyone was so helpful, and happy. I also bumped into a lady whose daughter was my daughter's bridesmaid about 15 years ago. We both agreed Goodlife is much better, as most gyms you go to, you just walk out after your workout, but with Goodlife, we were able to have showers, then catch up at the cafe for lunch, where we were able to reminisce, and update photos of our girls as they are today. Lovely atmosphere. Thank you🌻
