• Only my second session of aqua this morning with Nads. She was very good. Yesterday's teacher was a bit disappointing but now I will join. Otherwise good warm spacious pool. Toilets /changing rooms very small. Great cafe.

• I have been attending the Goodlife Gym for several years. All staff are so friendly and caring. I know my physical and mental health would not be as good as it is now if I hadn't been coming to Goodlife. I will continue my classes at Goodlife for as long as I am able.

• I am happy the the aqua classes, although sometime there is way too much chatter which I find disrespectful to the instructor and other class participants. Checking is easy and staff are most helpful. The Cafe is awsome.
