• It has a lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, they offer great fitness opportunities, lots of other great programs for people seeking connection and if I didn't already have a church family (at Immanuel Church) I would probably decide to make it my church family. I think it's also a great place to meet people socially for a coffee or a meal which provides an opportunity to make some friends. I do think the coffee is a bit overpriced (so I don't stay for that very often) but it is nice to meet people there occasionally and catch up over a coffee and/or a meal as the atmosphere is so relaxed and welcoming.

• The trainer Marcus, explained the proper techniques used, the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The group of ladies and gentlemen are fabulous.
