• Great instructor. But I do have a gripe, was wondering how my 10 passes were finishing quickly, no one bothered to tell me not to check in at desk & only check in with instructor, so each time I did this, it looked like I had used 2 passes unless it was rectified at front desk, so I kept a track of my classes & a couple of times I was given a credit, but I wonder in the year how many classes I was charged before I realised something was not right (even when the price for 10 passes went from $100 to $140) . I now know it’s an American program & there is a glitch in the software. A credit would be nice for what I may have missed out if front desk did not rectify 2 check ins. Chris James
