• I forgot my towel at home & Sarah the receptionist loaned me one. Vitor, like all the Goodlife aqua trainors are valued, respected, knowledgeable and loved. Vitor teaches us how to have a good workout using all our muscles. I love that he gives us 3 options depending on what level we can cope with. We, the participants often remark , "Wow, that was a great aqua session?"

• We like most of the swimming instructors but would like to see more diversity in the lessons or additions. We love the staff and amenities. Such a nice coffee. We do miss a nice mug. Overall enjoy it.
