• Goodlife offers health and fitness to all ages with a variety of activities and classes. I have been a member for thirteen years and one of the bonuses, apart from fitness, has been the friends I’ve made. All the trainers are friendly and encouraging and I enjoy all the classes that I attend. The benefits of aquarobics is most important to me and I recommend Goodlife to anyone seeking an excellent gym.
