• Real sense of Community, Kindness everywhere, Not pretentious, Helpful staff, Diverse, Great value for money, a comfortable environment for all ages, great variety of equipment (great for both rehab and fitness!), very supportive of older populations, great classes/instructors, professional. The centre has it all.

• Aqua with Nads is great! The gym is VERY busy though these days. Can make it hard to get onto the equipment. Overall it's a terrific place to workout
