• I have been attending classes at the gym for nearly 7 years. I enjoy the classes as the instructors are very helpful and professional. All staff at the gym are very friendly and caring. I have noticed lately that if I don't book my classes 2 weeks ahead I won't get into the class. Perhaps there is a need for additional classes
