As someone who hasn't really ever prioritized exercise, it feels really great now to have found a space that feels so welcoming and comforting to move around in! Everyone is always so lovely and I always feel supported and free when I'm there.
Beautiful space that is welcoming to people from all walks of life.... inclusive and accepting. The different classes are excellent and instructors encourage us to move at our own paces so as to honour our bodies! Instructors are wonderful and kind. I always leave feeling like a million bucks on-top of a cherry cheesecake!
