A studio where you can explore your limits on the classes and not be judged if you’re doing certain moves properly or not. A very safe space to get a good sweat on. Amazing and loving staff as well.

The layout, and décoré of the studio is beautiful and simple. The staff are friendly, professional. And organized. The class was relaxing and the transition between movement flowed. The music went well with the class.
