I’m impressed. I know I’ve struggled a lot with the phone - lol embarrassing - but the class I recently attended was inspiring and the workshop was very captivating. I’d recommend gbf to good friends

Stylo was an incredible instructor. I came to class while society was in a state of hysteria with the coronavirus so she decided to change up the class to suit the energy of the day. We ended up on a sound bath journey that helped me completely disconnect with the world and disappear to a place of peace. Stylos strength and welcoming presence was very grounding to be around. I am very grateful I ended up in this class.
