The teachers are so clear with instruction and I enjoy the take on feeling grounded or fired or chilled.
I really loved Jess’s style of teaching. It felt structured but free as she chatted with us at the screen and acknowledged the music, I haven’t had such a community feel through a virtual class before! Can’t wait to do it again.
