This platform has offered me an incredible amount of comfort over the last many months. It has provided classes for strength and pushed me, but has also offered slow classes when I am suffering from chronic pain. A sincere thank you to all the teachers and staff for their time and energy in the creation of this community and all that it offers.
I really enjoyed the classes I took. I like the range of options and that I can take the classes in my own home.
Ease of access to online classes, good variety & very nice to have recordings now incase cannot make a class!
Perfect level of energy, great music, positive experience and I liked that there were lots of options for modifications if necessary.
