Martha created a safe, fun and energetic class. It was the perfect way to start my weekend.
I've been so happy with taking zoom classes from home, love the quality of the streams, the compassion from the teachers and that each class is always mindful of different bodies and abilities. It's also nice to see other Queer, BIPOC folks teaching and in classes!
