The practice with Nancy was really excellent - appreciate the BIPOC class so much given the way the practice has been appropriated from those of who inherited it as a cultural birthright.
I'm taking advantage of the AAPI class pass, and I honestly feel lifted already. Just did a recording of yesterday's class (thank you for that added flexibility!!!) Been going through a pretty rough time lately, feeling really alone with everything going on in the world! Knowing there's folks who recognize that and want to offer support has made me feel more connected with myself and others <3 Thanks GBF <3
Your classes are inclusive and I feel like I can do so much more in this safe environment that your facilitators create.
