I love Michelle's classes, I like the convenience of Zoom classes and I like the 8 AM clas time.

I like that it is real time. Will put my cats in a room next time!
Because this is so nice and non stressful to be able to do it from home and get a great yoga experience too. I miss seeing people in person, but this has worked out great!
