Tori, Holly, Nancy, and Jessie keep their sequences simple yet they incorporate more challenging transitions as they help their students gain confidence... They are really knowledgeable about maintaining relevant and current knowledge of anatomy and alignment with the ability to guide safely in and out of poses. They are inspirational keeping me going back and putting my energy into the hour that I am there. In addition, it is really gratifying that you are recognized as an individual, not just a class attendee. ~~Lino
