• The instructors are welcoming. They are clear with the cues flowing from each of the poses. They offer modifications to ease into the poses or make it challenging. The studios are comfortably heated. The changing and bathroom areas are always clean. The overall experience is relaxing and soothing. It's a place of acceptance and nourishment.
