I enjoy the classes I've taken and the challenge trapeze gives me. The staff, instructors, and owner are also amazingly nice, and they take the time to help guide you through a new position.

I actually signed up as a member after trying out two classes. I find the yoga studio on Groupon and decided to try out since I'm looking for a new place to workout since the Barre studio I go closed out.

Jake is a great teacher, he provides a different flow each time, good music and easy to understand direction. My only request would be that he mirror students.
