Golightly fit is a new challenge every day both mentally and physically. The classes never get boring and the people are so friendly that it's never been intimidating like some other gyms. I'm out of shape and enjoy that everyone is working towards a common goal and encouraging everyone around them to do the same. For the first time in a long time I look forward to going to the gym!
