• Let me just sum up this review for you in one word before I get into all the details... AMAZING!! My hair turned out exactly how I envisioned, Jean took time to really listen to me, my hair feels healthy & looks awesome and I asked for a trim, which can be risky, but Jean gave me a tiny trim so I didn't feel like I lost any length!! I travel a lot of for work, so it is hard for me to find good salons to get my hair done at. Well, I struck gold(ie) when I found this salon ;) My stylist, Jean was kind, easy to talk to, professional, honest, hard working and very detail oriented! My appointment started with a consultation, which lasted exactly how long I needed it to. I never felt rushed when I was describing what I wanted. She LISTENED, looked at photos I had and then we formulated a plan. I knew what I was asking for was going to be challenging so she told me that she would work to lighten my hair enough to get to the purple/pink. But if she felt that it was not light enough, then she would still make my hair look good and I would not be able to do the purple yet. She was honest with me and took time to really understand my vision! All of the salon lightening services now used Olaplex, which is basically a miracle product! I went from brown to blonde to purple in one appointment and my hair feels the same, if not a bit healthier than when I first came in! It is awesome! I feel like a magical unicorn, mermaid. Jean is fabulous and I cannot wait to return to Goldie & Bob!!

• Jean Strumbos is an extremely talented hair stylist. She listened to everything I had to say about the look I pictured and even offered suggestions to fine tune my new bayalage hairstyle. She took her time and paid close attention to detail to make sure the end product was exactly what I wanted. She also took the time to explain to me the products used on my hair which were wonderful and resulted in me purchasing some new, better dry shampoo than the one I had been using. I will definitely return to see what other great ideas Jean has for my hair!!! I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks!

• I love all of the ladies at Goldie & Bob! I have been getting my hair done there consistently for the last two years and have loved it every time. They listen to what I want and help me to find the best style for me when I don't know. I just got bayalage highlights there and I love my hair. I would highly recommend seeing anyone there!
