Salon 1. Salon is always clean and stylish 2. I am always greeted quickly and all staff are very friendly 3. My stylist is ready for me shortly after my arrival 4. I am offered water and/or other refreshments quickly after arriving Hair Artist 1. I feel listened to every time. I feel like sam gets me 2. I feel like we have a collaborative relationship 3.
