My daughter attended her first Aerial Silks class yesterday with Sara. Sara was awesome! Very patient with my 11 year old, who has no experience with anything like this whatsoever. Sara explained and demonstrated wonderfully! My daughter will be attending more classes! She was all smiles and couldn’t stop talking about how much she enjoyed her first experience with Aerial Silks. Thank you!

Aerial Yoga is by far my favorite yoga experience and Teal is a great instructor.
