• Taea had given up all sport and her self esteem had taken a blow. She was nervous to start sport aerobics again but she was welcomed, made to feel included. She had constructive things said to her and was encouraged. She enjoyed learning new things. Most importantly, she came home happy with a huge smile on her face and is positive about returning to the sport she said she would never do again.
