She does an amazing job with my somewhat unique hair type (thick & heavy yet fine, wavy/curly, virgin red hair with assorted cowlicks 🤪) Aside from Kristin's OBVIOUS skill, she's very approachable, incredibly sweet, responsive, & easy to talk to. She encourages me to share my wants (even tho she knows I will provide in excruciating detail) and asks for feedback from my last cut. Kristin takes it all in stride and allows for a truly collaborative experience so I leave with exactly what I wanted (and some improvements that I didn't realize I needed!)
