• Appointment was on time. Friendly balance to a professional service. Spencer answered all my questions about style, hair care, made all the adjustments I requested. She was patient and gave her own opinion which was very useful as I was going for a new style + colour. She gave me a great cut and colour treatment. She was also very personable and great conversation; made me feel at ease as a new customer especially. Salon decor is trendy, welcoming, warm. I was offered multiple cups of tea!
