• Alexa is the first hairdresser that didn't make me cry. For the first time in my life, i left the salon feeling better than when i entered. I woke up today and actually liked my hair!! Not just tolerated it, but loved and appreciated it. She is honest and empathetic and has no tolerance for sloppiness. I also take great comfort in the fact that, had i asked for something that she knew wouldn't work for me (bangs, let's say), she would've just said no and saved me from myself. Can't wait to come back in 12 weeks!! ❤️
