I told her what I initially wanted from the first stylist and she evaluated what had been done and corrected it, beautifully. I've adjusted my next appointment to be with her. Job well done!

• The shampoo head massage is the BEST thing about Glow. It is ALWAYS part of the experience and makes such a difference. Please never stop including it as part of the hair service. Also, it is lovely to be offered a variety of drinks throughout the process. It makes the experience extremely pleasant! Thank you!
