• I love the layout of the salon. Emily is fantastic! She listens to my concerns with aging hair issues and gives great advice. She also takes time to show me styling tricks. The shampoo experience is like no other!

• Ease of scheduling. I like checking in and paying downstairs with a real live person. Communication is good from the time the appointment is made with messages that include the location's address, phone number, options for changing or canceling, rules for resolving any issues within a timeframe, and follow up appointment options. The heated head rests at the sinks make for a pleasant experience. The stylist walked me downstairs upon completion and tips are optional. These are some reasons why I chose to give a 10 to you.
