Grateful for the flow, staff and energy
The studio was clean and very inviting! They have everything you could possibly need, even down to hair ties which I frequently forget. It was a great class, which says a lot because I take a lot of great classes so my expectations were high and the class exceeded that! Mary Alice taught with no music, the pattern of instruction and her tone was extremely easy to follow and made moving alongside my own breathing comfortable.
At one point she genuinely thanked the class after instructing us through a flow, I can only imagine how awesome it must of looked to have the entire class flowing in unison. I can't wait to get back down there to take more classes at Glow!
It's always such a good vibe and so relaxing, if I could I'd live there
