It was my very first time to attend a yoga class. I am 70 years old and was challenged but also felt encouraged and supported even though I was not able to do everything. I felt great after the class and still feel good the day after. The atmosphere of kindness and encouragement no matter the level of expertise made me feel so welcome. Hope to attend again soon!
This community is wonderful! I recently brought a first time yogi to a Glow Flow session. Everyone was so kind and welcoming to her. They coached her and created a wonderful experience.
