I really love Glo Yoga in class or at the beach because it really makes me feel EMPOWERED! I'm older and I wish I understood Yoga at a much younger age! I'm have joint and mobility issues and the heat is so GOOD for me. Thanks to Jennifer and entire team for the opportunity to be better everyday!!!
The studio had a great vibe! The spin class was so fun and challenging!
