Amy Wilson instructed the class and always has such a wonderful way of bringing us to our mats for that moment of yoga flow! I really enjoyed that class!
The staff are courteous and welcoming.
Although it wasn't the yen class, I was hoping it would be. Allison still did an amazing job. They were ending a series and it was their last class on chakra.
