The instructor, Suzette, was awesome. She was so perceptive
as to where each student in the class was during the flow. She was always engaging and funny. She made the hard work pass quickly and seem effortless despite the sweat poring from my nose during down dawg.
Class was challenging but rewarding. Great instructor and workout!!
