One of the best classes I have ever experienced. I had surgery on my hip in May and this is the first yoga class. I have been to in one year. Julie is an excellent instructor. If she hadn't helped me modify the poses with blocks,
blankets, etc. I never would've been able to do most of them.
Have been going to Glow since they opened. I believe about 12 years ago. I have consistently gone since then and bored highly recommend it to any level, including beginner. Couldn't be happier!
Because yall are the BEST! 🤸
