Very sweet and knowledgeable yoga instructor as well as the class being the perfect amount of challenge for me! I got exactly what I wanted out of the class and the "hot yoga" is a bonus.

Ashley is such a guru of an instructor! She has mad skills for playlists, for timing of the flow and for motivating/connecting with her students! I love her classes.
