The classes were very good- challenging & creative. I loved the music playing as you walked in- the studio decor had a cool vibe- quite zen- open & relaxing but also clean & professional. I took to glow flow classes from different teachers- different styles which provided both an equally effective yoga workout & variety. I am thrilled to have found Glow yoga during this vacation.
